I have had the same sandwich (brown toasted, meatballs, fried onion, chutney, avo) @ different branches but Sandton does it best EVERYTIME, it’s like WOW!!!!!! Love it!!!! Plus…. excellent service on the telephone (they made a mistake with my order once but the sandwich was too nice to complain) AND the delivery guy is amazing!!!!! I’ve always walked pass the Sandwich Baron as I’m a vegetarian and thought that the only offering was a cheese sandwich. I recently went to the Melrose Crossing branch and I was surprised with the menu. Sandwiches, subs, toasted sandwiches, vegetarian, salads, platters and spuds.. So much more. I was very impressed with the vegetarian and savory platter.. And the service was fantastic.. It’s definitely worth a second look..

I recently won a competition on face book for a foot-long.When I went to collect, they were very friendly and helpful. They had no stock so he said I should phone on the Monday and they would deliver the sandwich. Which they did. I just would like to say thanks to kind and helpful service.

It never seems to amaze me the outstanding service i receive from your branch at Linbro Park. On Monday 25/08/2014 i placed an online order. I called your branch to confirm if they got my order and everything was on the right track. My order was delivered as requested no mistakes. The driver was friendly with a big smile. We had an amazing baby shower recently and due to unknown reasons the food was late. But the owner personally made sure it got to us and not only gave us discount, also gave us a free platter. Every place has there bad days however their eagerness to please and make up for their faults really showed great service. All my guests would highly recommend Sandwich Baron Fourways.

I’d like to thank Sandwich Baron Hatfield for the amazing fast delivery of my sandwich this afternoon. At 14:45 I suddenly realised that I hadn’t had lunch yet so I ordered my favourite sandwich online for delivery at my office. I received said sandwich at 14:56! I couldn’t have walked to Sandwich Baron in the time it took them to prepare and deliver my sandwich. Really impressed and grateful. 🙂

I ordered a platter with Jabulani at 9 on a Monday morning to have it delivered by 11 that same morning. I had a complaint against Sandwich Baron Highveld a few days ago, but they had managed to correct my complaint within minutes and had called me to apologize and discuss the situation with me. I even received another follow-up phonecall from them this morning. I am very impressed with them now, they truly do care about their customers and address complaints immediately! Their delivery time on my order was also excellent and their food is, of course, delicious! Keep it up Sandwich Baron!

I would like to compliment Andre from Sandwich Baron, Umhlanga for his prompt action regarding a customer complaint. I complained about a sandwich that we ordered yesterday, this morning I received a call from him enquiring about the incident and within two hours we received new sandwiches. Our Company would like to take the time to express our gratitude towards your Sandwich Baron in Meyersdal in Gauteng, Since day one when we started @ their store we`ve never been so impressed with a delivery than theirs, The estimated waiting time as they explain over the phone are usually between 3o – 45 min never were my food late nor cold nor wrong order, The hygiene of their food are magnificent never have I found a hair or something that shouldn’t be in there , Like previous stores of Sandwich Baron in Gauteng ( not mentioned ) The Owner of the store Phillip are always so eager to help us even if I phoned him today @ 10:00 for a platter the platter will be ready within an hour or two if not less, The Ladies at the telephone Angie & Elisabeth even remembers my name when I call isn’t that a good feeling to have when you pick up the phone call and someone on the other side always knows who you are and already knows what you are going to order ?
Claude ( manager ) bring a sparkle to my day when he answer the phone and ask how he can make my day ?
I`ve never been treated so good in my life, Sandwich Baron in Meyersdal don`t have to learn by anyone else how to do their job because some other branches can learn a thing or two by them.

Being to shy to tell her what a difference it makes to have great service, I thought it would be better to write about it on Hello Peter. So tomorrow i get to collect a nice silver side beef and avo foot long:)

I ordered a platter for my daughters picnic school evening and WHAT A GREAT PICNIC I HAD WITH OTHER PARENTS. The food was Delicious and Fresh… Yes Fresh. .. Please keep the good standard you have.

I just ordered the biltong and avo salad with no onions and dressing on the side from the online order facility. I have never placed a food order online before so i was pretty skeptical but i gave it a go. I am so pleased to say that my order was exactly correct. Nothing tasted like onion, there was as much biltong as there was lettuce which was perfect, and within 20 minutes from placing my order the food was here. I recommend them to anyone and will definitely be getting lunch from them over and over again

I ordered sandwich platters from the Sandwich Baron, Montana for my sons birthday. They arranged delivery for me to the Hazeldean Shopping centre for 8am on a Saturday. They were willing to deliver for me where as the Lynwood branch didn’t even want to help me. This is the second time that we have used them and their service is amazing. There sandwiches are fresh and the service is helpful.

I went to their branch in Edenvale last week to order something to eat & realised that I could order online. Being an owner of an online store, I decided to place my order online just to see how efficient they would be, needless to day I was blown away with the ease of use of the website & delivery time. My experience with Sandwich Baron Marshalltown this morning was nothing short of perfect.The order was taken taken by a friendly lady who also made several recommendations. My ordered was delivered within 30mins and I was pleasantly surprised at the presentation and ultimately the taste .It was fabulous and without a doubt the best breakfast I have eaten From all the eateries local and abroad. And all of this for only R52-00 including delivery.I still cannot believe that such service and quality exists . Good afternoon, I have been going to Sandwich Baron Aston Manor for a couple of months now,I really cannot explain how much of a pleasure it is to be your customer, The food is always amazing, The Staff is always friendly and welcoming, my order is always on time. I can’t remember the date but I was rushing and forgot my change, I came back a week later and I was so shocked when a African lady wearing a Trainee shirt on Reminded me that I had forgotten to take my change the last week.(thank you for your honestly). The staff is always up and down making sure that every order is perfect, The teamwork is outstanding Gavin Doland/Loumari and the rest of the team for the great service.

I just want to take the time to commend the excellent service received from Sandwich Baron Head Office and the Roodepoort branch. We could not get through to the store and when calling HO to ask how we could order, the took my cell number and assured me that someone would call me back and within 10 minutes, Charmaine from the Roodepoort branch had called me and apologized and explained about their cables being stolen and promptly took my order which was delivered to my office a little later. I find people are always quick to complain, but how often is it that people acknowledge good service and compliment others. We always order our sandwiches and platters from Weltevredenpark and we work all the way in Randpark Ridge. We use the online service and we have not once been disappointed. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is quick and efficient. And the drivers or delivery guys are always friendly.
When I order myself lunch, (my absolute favorite is Salami, cheese, avo with salad mix) I always ask for no cucumber, as I cannot stomach it at all. Never have I ever had to remove it from my sandwich when it’s been put in by accident. Thank you for the great service and delicious food as always!!
